Staying Healthy While Serving

This panel discussion is about staying healthy in order to best serve others. It will emphasize that caring for your emotional and spiritual well-being is an important part of faithful service, as are healthy interpersonal relationships. Panelists will highlight how spiritual disciplines (prayer, time in fellowship, and in God’s Word) help believers sustain their ability to love and build up others. The discussion recognizes that caring for oneself is not selfish but a way to honor God and remain faithful and effective in serving Christ and serving others.
